Case Note · About the Service

Cyvore puts three investigative agents — OPR, DAN and TIAO — on interactions across email, Slack, Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp and connected CRMs to detect impersonation and social-engineering attacks. Where Our customers connect these channels, content and metadata from monitored interactions are processed to surface threats and are handled as described in this Policy and the applicable customer Data Processing Agreement.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account and registration as a user of the Service.
  • To perform a contract for the products or services You have purchased.
  • To contact You via email, telephone, SMS, or push notifications.
  • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods and services.
  • To manage Your requests to Us.
  • To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, or transfer of some or all of Our assets.
  • To conduct data analysis, identify usage trends, and determine the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
